We are not in network with any other insurances. Please check with your insurance to see if you are able to get reimbursed for your eye care services prior to making an appointment. 

We are not Medicare or Medicaid providers. Medicare and Medicaid will not be reimbursable.

Full payment will be expected at the time of your exam.
